Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network is seeking a per diem Medical Receptionist to support our Pediatric Urgent Care in Olympia, with opportunities to cover Gig Harbor and Tacoma shifts. This role is part of our One Team approach and offers flexible scheduling in a busy pediatric setting.

The Medical Receptionist greets patients, answers calls, schedules appointments, handles registration, billing tasks, and operates standard office equipment.

Qualifications

• Post-high-school office procedures preferred.
• At least 1 year clerical/receptionist experience or 6 months in a medical setting.
• Customer service experience.
• Degree or certificate (e.g., Medical Office Assistant) may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families in person.
• Answer phones and direct calls.
• Assist patients with registration and scheduling.
• Handle charge entry, payment posting, and basic batch balancing.
• Operate standard office equipment with discretion and professionalism.
