Job summary

The Medical Receptionist position at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network supports our Pediatric Urgent Care Clinic in Tacoma and surrounding clinics. You will be the first in-person contact for patients, handling front office tasks, scheduling, and patient intake with courteous, professional service.

Qualifications

• Post high school office procedures preferred.
• Minimum one year of clerical and/or receptionist experience; or six months in a medical setting.
• Customer service experience required.
• Degree or relevant certificate may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, registration, and charge entry.
• Process payments and balance batches; handle basic office equipment.
• Maintain professional and discreet communication with patients and staff.
