Qualifications

• Minimum one year of clerical or receptionist experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Post high school office procedures preferred.
• Degree or certificate (e.g., Medical Office Assistant) may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and handle front desk duties.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and assist patients.
• Schedule appointments, register patients, and process charges.
• Post payments, balance batches, and reconcile cash.
• Operate basic office equipment and maintain records.
