Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network in Tacoma seeks a per diem RN to support its pediatric urgent care teams across Olympia, Gig Harbor and Tacoma. You will apply specialized pediatric nursing skills in a multidisciplinary setting, prioritizing patient care and coordinating with a dedicated team.

The role emphasizes family-centered care, ethical practice and ongoing professional development within a leading children’s health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent obtained within five years of hire.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or MLS endorsement.
• BLS certification current; national Hospice/Palliative Nursing or ELNEC certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating nursing care.
• Use nursing process according to hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost management.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families and health care staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
