MultiCare Health System's Mary Bridge Children’s Pediatrics – Auburn Clinic is seeking a Medical Receptionist who serves as the first in-person contact, greeting patients, answering calls and coordinating schedules in a busy clinic setting.

This intermediate-level role requires excellent customer service, clerical experience, and relevant certificates; day shift with clinic-hour schedule and potential for growth within the practice.

Qualifications

• Post high school office procedures preferred
• Minimum one (1) year of clerical and/or receptionist experience; or six (6) months in a medical setting
• Customer service experience
• Degree or relevant Certificate (e.g., Medical Office Assistant, Medical Assistant, Health Unit Coordinator) may be substituted for experience

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and directing calls as the front-line contact
• Scheduling, registration, charge entry, payment posting and batch balancing
• Cash reconciliation and operating basic office equipment
