Job summary

Children’s Minnesota is seeking a Schedule Management Coordinator within the Staffing Office to ensure unit staffing levels meet patient care needs. You will collaborate with unit leadership to create and finalize schedules, manage real-time requests, and adjust staffing up to 24 hours before shifts.

You will approve vacations, reconcile time cards, track staffing trends, and generate Kronos reports in partnership with the Staffing Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of college or secretarial science degree preferred.
• One to two years computer experience with data input and report generation.
• Microsoft Office including Word and Excel with advanced skills encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate weekly with unit leadership to develop and finalize schedules.
• Review real-time staff scheduling requests and adjust up to 24 hours before shifts.
• Approve vacations, reconcile time cards, and track staffing trends.
• Provide Kronos reports and support PCM position postings.
