• Addresses emergent staffing issues, process call-offs, and collaborates with leadership to resolve acute staffing challenges.
• Maintains and monitors accurate staffing records.
• Collects, reviews, and presents staffing metrics and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Disseminates timely and accurate staffing updates and emergency closure notifications to relevant units and other stakeholders.
• Assists with scheduling for credentialing and other compliance-related purposes.
• Ensures the availability of necessary manuals, equipment, and supplies to support staffing operations.
