Job summary

Boston University Medical Campus is seeking a Treatment Center Coordinator for the Pediatric Dentistry team in Boston, MA.

This full-time role supports daily Treatment Center activities under the Treatment Center Manager and Clinical Program Director, coordinating with front desk staff, faculty and residents to ensure smooth operations and serving as the main contact for patients, residents, vendors and staff.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required and 3-5 years' experience.
• Multilingual candidates (Creole, Spanish, Portuguese) highly desired.
• Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands.
• Ability to identify problems/issues, think critically, and present solutions in a timely manner.
• Must be able to collaborate effectively in a team environment and as an individual contributor.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to accuracy.
• Prior work experience in an academic/office setting is highly desired.
• Self-starter with exceptional coordination and organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Comfortable interacting with students/residents, faculty, staff and patients across departments.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily Treatment Center activities under the direction of the Treatment Center Manager and Clinical Program Director.
• Collaborate with front desk staff, faculty and residents to ensure smooth operation of the Pediatric Treatment Center.
• Serve as the primary contact for all Pediatric Treatment Center matters for patients, residents, vendors and university staff.
