Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in McKinney, TX is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for our pediatric transitional nurse team. You will provide 1:1 skilled nursing at patients' homes, manage high-acuity cases including trach and vent care, train families, and ensure safe continuity of care during transitions from hospital to home.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN or LVN/LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with Trach care and Ventilator management.
• Ability to lift and assist pediatric patients as needed.
• High-acuity pediatric patients experience preferred.
• Emergency response management experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled pediatric nursing 1:1 care in patients' homes.
• Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations; administer medications and therapies.
• Support hospital-to-home transitions for high-acuity patients.
• Educate and support parents, families, and caregivers.
