Job summary

UCP of Central Florida seeks a detail‑oriented Therapy Practice Office Manager to oversee non‑clinical daily operations and support the campus therapy team. You will partner with the SDO to monitor financial performance, ensure HIPAA compliance, and optimize patient flow in a compassionate, bilingual environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in medical office administration, associate degree or medical billing cert, and strong communication skills to serve children and families effectively.

Qualifications

• Non-clinical day-to-day operations management for the therapy practice.
• Partnership with SDO to monitor financial performance of the campus therapy practice.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality practices/policies.
• Experience with therapy services billing/funding sources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the therapy practice to meet budgeted goals.
• Serve as first point of contact for therapy students/patients and follow up within 72 hours.
• Input and scan billing, medical, and client information into EMR.
• Schedule appointments to optimize client satisfaction and clinic efficiency.
• Ensure treatments have required authorization and plan of care.
• Manage initial therapy evaluations and ongoing scheduling of treatments.
• Prepare statistics and data for reports.
