Job summary

UCP of Central Florida is seeking a Medical Therapy Employee to deliver pediatric therapy in-clinic and outpatient settings across multiple campuses. You will conduct evaluations, set measurable goals, and adapt sessions to meet individual client needs within HIPAA guidelines.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Florida license (CCC-SLP preferred). You will work with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with families for home-based programs and follow-up

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active Florida license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct therapy services in-clinic and outpatient settings.
• Develops and implements measurable therapy goals and evaluations.
• Maintains accurate daily progress notes and HIPAA-compliant records.
• Collaborates with education staff and families to integrate therapy goals into daily activities.
