You will guide and support a group of clinical professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality care, while collaborating with families to support each child's growth and development.

The role combines hands-on service with supervision, training staff on clinical standards, and ensuring timely documentation, billing, and compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in the assigned therapy discipline.
• Current state licensure for the area of practice.
• Experience supervising or leading teams is preferred.
• Ability to foster collaboration and staff development.
