Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Speech, Occupational, or Physical therapist in California.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day clinical operations and ensure a family-centered environment for patient care.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director on staffing, scheduling, and administrative processes.
• Maintain compliance with policies, healthcare standards, safety expectations, and documentation.
• Monitor clinic flow and productivity to meet goals and support families.
• Hire and onboard new clinical staff with proper equipment and training, in collaboration with HR.
• Provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of therapists and administrative staff.
• Coordinate patient flow, treatment room usage, and clinical transitions as needed.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous quality improvement.
• Support clinicians with evaluations, reassessments, and transitions of care.
