Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy seeks a Clinical Director to lead operations at one of our Virginia clinic locations. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality services, supervising BCBA staff, and maintaining compliance across the service region.

You will coach clinical staff, monitor client progress, and collaborate with HR to recruit and retain qualified professionals. The position requires a BCBA certification with at least three years in leadership and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required with a minimum of three years in a staff leadership position.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
• Experience using electronic medical records and Microsoft Office and/or G Suite applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality services in clinic and home-based settings by monitoring clinic compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coach, mentor and assess clinical staff (BCBAs, RBT Trainers, RBTs).
• Monitor clinical progress and ensure appropriate assessments and treatment plans are developed and implemented.
• Serve as a point of contact for clinical concerns from parents and RBTs in the service region.
• Collaborate with HR to attract, hire and retain clinical candidates.
• Oversee RBT trainer effectiveness and training protocols.
• Maintain a modest caseload of approximately 10 billable hours per week.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
