Soar Therapy & Integrated Wellness is seeking a Clinical Lead (LPC) in Virginia to supervise Residents while maintaining an active client caseload. This full-time role combines leadership with direct clinical work in a collaborative group practice.

The ideal candidate is a Virginia-licensed LPC and Board-approved supervisor with a passion for developing clinicians, ensuring high-quality care, and contributing to program growth in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Virginia LPC license.
• Board-approved supervisor status required.Experience in clinical leadership and supervision.
• Experience leading residents and clinicians in a group practice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active clinical caseload while supervising Residents in Counseling.
• Facilitate case consultation and support clinical quality.
• Partner with Clinical Director to grow clinicians and clinical programs.
• Lead clinical initiatives and contribute to professional development.
