Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day guidance to a multidisciplinary therapy team.
• Supervise, mentor, and support clinicians while promoting accountability.
• Monitor clinical quality, documentation, outcomes, and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with administration on staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and growth.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention of clinical staff.
• Ensure services meet payer requirements and professional standards.
• Promote effective communication with families, referral sources, and leadership.
