Responsibilities

• Ensuring seamless scheduling and productivity of occupational, speech, and physical therapists.
• Coordinating patient evaluations, scheduling ongoing therapy appointments, verifying insurance coverage before services are rendered, and necessary documentation retrieval.
• Maintaining an organized and welcoming front desk by greeting patients, handling check-ins/outs, answering phone inquiries professionally, and utilizing EHR software for appointment scheduling and documentation.
• Securing necessary medical documentation, including treatment recommendations, diagnosis codes, and doctor’s orders, to ensure timely claims processing and therapy approvals.
• Overseeing administrative operations, including filing, inventory management, therapist productivity tracking, and purchasing/restocking supplies.
• Managing end-of-day responsibilities such as cleaning tasks, securing the facility, and boosting team morale through workplace initiatives.
