Job summary

Blackbird Health in Virginia Beach, VA seeks an Associate/Provisionally Licensed Therapist (SiSW, LPC-R) to deliver evidence-based therapy to children and families under clinical supervision. This full-time role supports a 28/hour week direct care schedule with supervision provided by Blackbird.

You will work on-site with an interdisciplinary team, building toward independent licensure while benefiting from comprehensive benefits and clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Active provisionally licensed / associate in VA (SiSW, LPC-R)
• 1+ year of experience providing care to children/adolescents/young adults
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for supervision and clinic presence

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults under supervision
• Work on-site with interdisciplinary team and receive supervision hours toward licensure
• Participate in therapy sessions and contribute to care planning and family support
