Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of administrative or scheduling experience in healthcare.
• Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred).
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all surgical scheduling for pediatric patients with care teams.
• Verify insurance, manage waitlists and arrival lists.
• Prepare and distribute surgery schedules and patient correspondence.
• Enter surgical supply needs and coordinate equipment.
• Provide backup support to registration and intake.
