• Coordinate all aspects of surgical scheduling for pediatric patients with physicians, care managers, and external centers.
• Schedule pre-op and post-op appointments, verify insurance, and manage arrival lists.
• Maintain waitlists, appointment logs, and patient demographics in the EMR.
• Prepare patient correspondence and distribution of surgery schedules in a timely, professional manner.
• Support registration and intake as needed and participate in training for scheduling systems.
