Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate surgical procedures and dental cases in the operating room.
• Coordinate surgery dates and communicate scheduling information with patients, families, and hospital staff.
• Manage surgery changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Ensure required information and pre-operative needs are coordinated prior to surgery.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Communicate with multiple departments and staff to ensure cases are properly coordinated.
• Respond to scheduling questions and follow up on outstanding items.
