Starting as an individual contributor, the role will develop into leadership as the function expands, with a charter to build models, tools, and decision-ready processes that drive mission-aligned growth.

Qualificações

• Eight or more years in corporate development or healthcare finance.
• Proven ability to build financial models and business cases.
• Ability to explain complex analysis to executives and the Board.
• Experience with mission-driven healthcare and safety-net settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate new service lines, partnerships, and affiliations with clear business cases.
• Develop financial models, base/low/high scenarios, and decision milestones.
• Prepare materials for Executive Committee and Board decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and legal to drive diligence and handoffs.
