Job summary

North Texas Therapy & Home Care is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy services for children up to 21 years old, with a schedule of at least twice weekly as prescribed by physicians.

Qualifications include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, Texas license, and pediatric/home health experience. Spanish is a plus; valid auto insurance and driver's license are required for mobile service.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required from an accredited program.
• Completion of the Clinical Fellowship year (CCC-SLP).
• Texas state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience with pediatric clients is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Must have reliable auto insurance and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility for patients aged 0–21, 2+ times per week, per physician orders.
• Define patients' speech, language, voice, and related impairments using appropriate testing instruments.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports.
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to plan, evaluate goals, and train staff in speech therapy modalities.
• Plan for and modify care to meet intervention goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients with training materials and in-service programs.
• May supervise Clinical Fellows or SLP Assistants if you have 3+ years of experience.
