North-Texas-Therapy-and-Home-Car is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy for children from birth to 21 years in Texas.

Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP, Texas licensure, and pediatric/home health experience. Spanish bilingual is a plus; a valid auto insurance and driver's license are required. Full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP preferred).
• Texas license to practice Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Experience in pediatrics and home health preferred.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus; driving and auto insurance required.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled speech therapy in the home or daytime facility for patients aged 0–21, 2+ visits per week as ordered.
• Define degree and type of speech, language, voice, and related impairments using appropriate testing tools.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan goals and coach team on therapy interventions.
• Plan and modify care to meet therapy goals and educate staff and caregivers through trainings.
• Possibly supervise Clinical Fellows or SLP Assistants with 3+ years of experience.
