Job summary

North Texas Therapy & Home Care seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric services in the home or daytime facilities. The role supports patients from 0 to 21 years, with sessions 2 or more times per week as ordered by physicians.

You will perform testing, interpretation, and written reports to guide therapy decisions. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will plan goals, tailor interventions, and train staff and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP completion or CFY.
• Texas licensure to practice SLP.
• Pediatrics experience required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy in the home or daytime facility for patients aged 0–21 years, 2+ times per week per physician orders.
• Define degree and type of speech-language impairment using appropriate testing instruments.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate goals for each patient and advise on therapy modalities.
• Plan for and modify care to meet therapy goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients with training materials and in-service programs.
• May supervise Clinical Fellows or SLP assistants with 3+ years of experience.
