North-Texas-Therapy-and-Home-Car is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered services in the home and daytime facilities. The role focuses on pediatric populations (0–21 years) and requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to tailor therapy plans and goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and Texas licensure, with pediatric and some home health experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP credential required.
• Texas license to practice required.
• Pediatrics experience required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must carry valid auto insurance and driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility for patients 0-21 years old, 2+ times per week, per physician orders.
• Define patients' degree and type of impairment using appropriate testing instruments.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports.
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to plan goals and advise/intervene with speech therapy modalities and interventions.
• Plan for and modify care to meet therapy goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients with training materials and in-service programs.
• May supervise Clinical Fellows and/or SLP Assistants with 3+ years of experience.
