KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric therapy. You will evaluate, develop plans, and deliver customized treatment alongside families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state-issued licensure required.
• CPR certification required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Direct patient and caregiver in tasks to reinforce progress.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with families regarding progress and home programs.
• Attend internal and external education functions and participate in QAPI initiatives.
