Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, organize, and provide medically prescribed speech therapy to pediatric patients in their homes. You will guide patients and caregivers in targeted tasks to boost communication and participation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to pediatric patients including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family training.
• Perform evaluations with emphasis on language, articulation, and related skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients and families to appropriate services and resources.
