Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide pediatric in-home therapy, evaluating and treating communication disorders while guiding families in carrying over therapy tasks at home.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure.
• Valid driver license and CPR certification required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Evaluate language, articulation, fluency, and feeding as prescribed.
• Coordinate care with family, caregivers, and office staff.
• Maintain patient records and progress notes; participate in QA/QAPI.
• Mentor students and new hires; support program goals.
