Qualifications

• Must hold California Speech Language Pathology license.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments, provide speech therapy services.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to reach goals.
• Use family-centered approach to build caregiver confidence and skills.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment, homes, daycare or community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
