Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to work with infants and toddlers in home-based Early Intervention programs. Flexible schedules and locations are offered, with competitive rates based on experience.

The role includes conducting developmental assessments, coordinating with IFSPs, and coaching families to support child goals in natural environments across CA.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license.
• Pediatric experience required; Early Intervention preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child's IFSP and work with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and consistency.
• Provide services in the child's natural environments, including homes and community settings.
• Perform re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal rules.
