Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a motivated team focused on transforming the lives of children with autism. This role emphasizes one-on-one, play-based learning and developing foundational communication skills in a supportive environment.

The SLP will work with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs, provide family training, assess clients, and develop treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology and CCC-SLP certification.
• State licensure required to practice.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented and adaptable to team needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable in MacOS.
• Familiarity with CentralReach and Tableau preferred.
• Maintain required licensure to practice while employed.

Responsibilities

• Providing center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including OTs, SLPs, BCBAs and RBTs.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments.
• Create Treatment Plans.
• Monitor and manage progress of clients.
