Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our center-based team working with children diagnosed with autism. You will use natural play to teach communication skills and collaborate with an interdisciplinary group of clinicians dedicated to child growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification and state licensure required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with MacOS; familiarity with data tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based speech therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs).
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments.
• Create treatment plans.
• Monitor and manage progress of clients.
