Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join a center-based team focused on transforming the lives of children with autism. The approach uses natural play to teach foundational skills and supports families throughout the therapy journey.

You will collaborate with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs, provide training, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification and state licensure required.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues and families.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
• Flexible and adaptable to team needs across the organization.
• Professional integrity and reliability; proficient with MS Office.
• Familiarity with MacOS and tech platforms like CentralReach/Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Provide center-based speech therapy for children with autism.
