Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a motivated team transforming the lives of children with autism. The role emphasizes one-on-one play-based therapy and collaboration with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs, with training for families to support progress.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with comprehensive benefits, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP certification and state licensure are required.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs.
• Train families and team members.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress.
