Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Speech Language Pathologist to join a motivated team focused on transforming the lives of children with autism through one-on-one, play-based therapy. You will work with an interdisciplinary team and engage families, providing training and ongoing assessments while developing tailored treatment plans.

You will collaborate with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs; monitor progress; and contribute to data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology
• CCC-SLP certification
• State licensure
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Detail oriented and adaptable
• Proficient with MacOS and Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs).
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments.
• Create treatment plans.
• Monitor and review client progress.
