Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a motivated team transforming the lives of children diagnosed with autism. The role emphasizes one-on-one, play-based therapy and collaboration with OTs, BCBAs, and RBTs to support progress.

You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor client progress while engaging families in training and coaching. The position offers comprehensive benefits and regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent required.
• CCC-SLP certification and state licensure required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based speech-language pathology services to children with autism.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
