Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the lives of children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children using natural play to teach foundational communication and self-advocacy skills, while partnering with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs.

The role includes creating treatment plans, conducting assessments, and training families and staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification and state licensure required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based speech-language pathology services to children with autism.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs.
• Create and implement treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Provide training to team members and families.
