Job summary

Marshall Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat children aged 0–21 in a collaborative setting. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a family‑friendly culture.

We value therapists who hold Kentucky SLP licensure, ASHA‑approved education, and are open to CFY supervision in-house. Flexible scheduling and strong team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Kentucky licensure in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Master's degree from an ASHA‑approved program.
• CF supervision provided in-house; CFY encouraged.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience evaluating and treating children ages 0–21 across diagnoses.
• Ability to collaborate on a multidisciplinary team.
• Feeding therapy experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children aged 0–21 with a range of diagnoses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide feeding therapy as applicable.
• Document and communicate with families and caregivers.
• Support CFY supervision and professional growth.

You’re a good fit if:

• You hold Kentucky licensure in Speech-Language Pathology and a master's degree from a university with ASHA approved curriculum - Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply and we provide your CF supervision in-house
• You hold current CPR and First Aid certification
• You want to evaluate and treat children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses
• You like collaborating on a multidisciplinary team
• You take pride in your caseload and want to see both your patients and your team grow
• You communicate clearly with your team, with families, and in your documentation, and you coach parents through home carryover programs
• Feeding experience is a plus, whether that is oral motor treatment, sensory-based feeding, texture and food progression, tube weaning, or work with infants and medically complex children
• Training in a feeding approach such as SOS, Beckman, Talk Tools, food chaining, or TOTS is a plus
• You have experience with, or interest in learning, telehealth
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
