You’re a good fit if:

• You are an Occupational Therapist with a current Kentucky OT license and NBCOT certification, a Speech-Language Pathologist with current Kentucky licensure and ASHA certification, or a Physical Therapist with a current Kentucky PT license and graduation from an accredited APTA program
• You hold a current CPR and First Aid certification
• You want to evaluate and treat children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses
• You like collaborating on a multidisciplinary team
• You take pride in your caseload and want to see both your patients and your team grow
• You communicate clearly with your team, with families, and in your documentation, and you coach parents through home carryover programs
• You have experience with, or interest in learning, telehealth
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
