Job summary

Marshall Pediatric Therapy LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist to join a pediatric feeding-focused caseload in Central Kentucky. The role includes bottle, tube wean, and oral motor work for children from 0 to 21, with opportunities for growth into specialty areas.

Applicants must hold KY OT licensure with NBCOT or KY SLP licensure with an ASHA-affiliated master’s degree, have CPR/First Aid, and be comfortable with infants and medically complex cases.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky OT licensure and NBCOT certification or KY SLP licensure with ASHA-masters.
• Experience with feeding, oral motor, sensory feeding, texture progression, and tube weaning.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Willingness to collaborate on a multidisciplinary team and support families.

Responsibilities

• Provide feeding-focused therapy to children 0–21 years old.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and families to develop treatment plans.
• Read swallow studies and translate findings into therapy goals.
• Possibly provide telehealth services and caregiver coaching.
