Job summary

Marshall Pediatric Therapy in Georgetown, KY, is seeking a Pediatric Feeding Therapist (OT or SLP) to join our family-owned practice. Full-time and part-time options are available; compensation is competitive and based on experience.

You will focus on feeding across ages 0–21, with oral motor work, sensory feeding, tube weaning, and texture progression, within a multidisciplinary team. Telehealth may be available, with strong support and CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky OT or SLP licensure with NBCOT or ASHA credentials.
• Master’s degree from an ASHA‑approved program for SLP or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification current.
• Experience with pediatric feeding and tube weaning preferred.
• Willingness to collaborate on a multidisciplinary team and support telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Carry feeding caseloads for children aged 0–21 with oral motor and sensory feeding.
• Implement texture progression, feeding interventions, and tube weaning where needed.
• Collaborate with therapists, families, and schools; document clearly and coach home carryover.
• Support telehealth offerings as needed and engage in ongoing professional development.

A baby who cannot coordinate a bottle, a toddler whose safe list has dropped to three foods, a child weaning off a tube and learning to trust a spoon. Feeding is a specialty here, and those referrals go to occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists who carry feeding on their caseload every week, with oral motor work, sensory feeding, tube weaning, and tethered oral tissues.

You're a good fit if:

• You are an Occupational Therapist with current Kentucky OT licensure and NBCOT certification or a Speech-Language Pathologist with current Kentucky licensure and a master's degree from a university with ASHA approved curriculum
• You hold current CPR and First Aid certification
• You want feeding to be a core part of your weekly caseload with children ages 0 to 21, and you bring hands-on experience with oral motor treatment, sensory-based feeding, and texture and food progression
• You are comfortable with infants and medically complex children, including bottle and breastfeeding support and tube weaning, and you can read a swallow study and turn the recommendations into a treatment plan
• You like collaborating on a multidisciplinary team
• You take pride in seeing both your patients and your team grow
• You communicate clearly with your team, with families, and in your documentation, and you coach parents through home carryover programs
• You have experience with, or interest in learning, telehealth
• You bring training in one or more approaches, such as SOS, Beckman, Talk Tools, food chaining, or TOTS
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
