Job summary

Marshall Pediatric Therapy in Kentucky is seeking a Pediatric Feeding Therapist (OT or SLP) to join a close-knit, family-owned practice. You’ll manage feeding caseloads for patients from 0 to 21 years old, focusing on oral motor work, sensory feeding, tube weaning, and texture progression.

You’ll collaborate on a multidisciplinary team, coach families, and document with clinical excellence, with telehealth options and ongoing CEU support.

Qualifications

• OT or SLP must hold Kentucky licensure.
• NBCOT certification for OT or ASHA-certified SLP.
• Master's degree with ASHA-approved curriculum.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience with feeding therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide feeding therapy for ages 0–21 with oral motor and sensory feeding.
• Interpret swallow studies and translate findings into a treatment plan.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families.
• Document accurately and use AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Offer telehealth when suitable.
