Marshall Pediatric Therapy in Lexington, KY is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Physical Therapist for full-time or part-time positions.

We are a family-owned practice since 2013, offering mentorship, flexible scheduling, AI-assisted documentation, and a comprehensive benefits package. We serve children ages 0–21 with a collaborative, caring approach and opportunities to grow within the clinic.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist with a current Kentucky OT license and NBCOT certification
• Speech-Language Pathologist with current Kentucky licensure and ASHA certification
• Physical Therapist with a current Kentucky PT license and graduation from an accredited APTA program
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to evaluate and treat children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses
• Experience collaborating on a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to coach families through home carryover programs
• Interest in telehealth or telepractice
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

You’re a good fit if:

• You are an Occupational Therapist with a current Kentucky OT license and NBCOT certification, a Speech-Language Pathologist with current Kentucky licensure and ASHA certification, or a Physical Therapist with a current Kentucky PT license and graduation from an accredited APTA program
• You hold a current CPR and First Aid certification

• You take pride in your caseload and want to see both your patients and your team grow
• You communicate clearly with your team, with families, and in your documentation, and you coach parents through home carryover programs
• You have experience with, or interest in learning, telehealth
