Job summary

PediaStaff seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a pediatric outpatient clinic in Chattanooga, TN (Downtown). The role offers full-time and part-time options, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a caseload serving ages 0–18.

We provide mentorship, family-centered care, and a clinician-led work culture. You’ll evaluate and treat children with communication, feeding, and swallowing needs, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• New graduates are welcome and will receive exceptional mentorship and support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children 0–18 with speech, language, articulation, fluency, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in a pediatric outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team to maximize outcomes.
• Educate families on strategies to support communication across environments.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain licensure and regulatory compliance; document evaluations and progress.
