PediaStaff is partnering with a pediatric outpatient clinic in Shelbyville, KY to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities in a supportive, clinician-led environment that values individualized care for children from 0 to 18.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted SLP license or in the process of licensure.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFYs encouraged to apply.
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship and support.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat children 0–18 with speech, language, fluency, voice, articulation, feeding, and pragmatic language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in a pediatric outpatient clinic setting.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize functional outcomes.
• Educate families on strategies to support communication development across environments.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain licensure, ethics, and regulatory standards; ensure timely documentation of evaluations and sessions.
