Job summary

PediaStaff is partnering with a leading pediatric therapy provider in Hixson, TN to recruit a Speech-Language Pathologist for an outpatient clinic. The role welcomes both new grads and experienced clinicians in a supportive, clinician-led environment.

You will evaluate and treat children 0–18 with speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs, with mentorship and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted SLP license (or in licensure process).
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• New graduates are welcome with exceptional mentorship and support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children ages 0–18 with speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy in a pediatric outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with caregivers and the team to maximize outcomes.
• Educate families on strategies to support communication development.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as appropriate.
• Maintain licensure standards and thorough documentation.
