PediaStaff is partnering with a pediatric therapy provider in Murfreesboro, TN to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist for outpatient care of ages 0–18. Join a clinician-led, supportive environment with mentorship, flexible scheduling including later hours and Saturdays, and a strong emphasis on individualized care.

The role offers full-time and part-time options in a pediatric outpatient setting, with opportunities to grow and contribute to a family-first, outcomes-driven team.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; thrives in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and provide treatment for children with communication, speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Evaluate children ages 0–18 with speech, language, fluency, voice, articulation, feeding, and pragmatic language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy in a pediatric outpatient clinic setting.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize functional outcomes.
• Educate families on strategies to support communication development across environments.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain professional competencies and adhere to licensure and regulatory standards.
• Complete timely documentation of evaluations, sessions, and progress.
