PediaStaff in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a pediatric outpatient clinic team. The role supports children 0-18 with communication, feeding and swallowing needs, in a clinician-led environment with mentorship and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children ages 0-18 with speech, language, fluency, voice, articulation, feeding, and pragmatic language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy in a pediatric outpatient clinic setting.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize functional outcomes.
• Educate families on strategies to support communication development across environments.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain professional and technical competencies while adhering to all state licensure, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports.
