Job summary

PediaStaff is partnering with a leading pediatric therapy provider in Louisville, KY seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a thriving outpatient clinic. Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship and support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children ages 0-18 with speech, language, fluency, voice, articulation, feeding, and pragmatic language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy in a pediatric outpatient clinic setting.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize outcomes.
• Educate families on strategies to support communication development across environments.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain professional competencies while adhering to licensure and regulatory standards.
• Complete timely documentation of evaluations, sessions, and progress.
